Q. How early should I arrive for my first appointment?
About 10 minutes is perfect. That gives you time to relax, finish any remaining paperwork, and meet the team without feeling rushed. If you'd rather skip paper entirely, we'll text you a secure link to complete forms online before your visit.
Q. What should I bring with me?
A photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any current medications. If you've had x-rays taken in the last 12 months at another office, just let us know in advance and we'll request them on your behalf.
Q. I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely — and you're not alone. Tell us on your intake form or in the notes field above. We offer noise-canceling headphones, weighted blankets, aromatherapy options, and a calm-paced approach. Sedation options are available for longer procedures when needed.
Q. Do you see children?
Yes! We love seeing little ones starting around their first birthday. Our hygienists are wonderfully patient with kids, and we have a dedicated children's corner in the waiting area. Pediatric visits are typically 30–45 minutes.
Q. What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. We simply ask for 24 hours' notice when possible. You can reschedule by phone, by replying to your reminder text, or by emailing us — whatever's easiest in the moment.
